Basajaun Book Cover

This is the latest project I have been working on,  A book cover commissioned by Rosemary Van Deuren the author of "Basajaun" a soon to be released young adult novel.  I would describe it as a somber faerie tale,  with a satisfying but unexpected ending.  With commendable character development and a lovable protagonist, Cora, (pictured on the cover) quite an enjoyable read,  highly recommended.  Here is a link for online purchase 

Dungeons issue196

A little late posting these, but a couple pieces I completed in fall for Dungeons ezine. This time instead of using straight watercolor I began with some bolder ink washes. The ink is permanent and did not lift up when I painted more watercolor on top, which helped solve some technique problems I usually have. Elena the Mad is the title of the first and Dream Natasha the second.
